こんにちは、M1の岩永です。
先月末、中国石油大学からD3のMr.Dingが来日され当研究室恒例のご当地料理パーティーと自己紹介プレゼン会が開かれましたのでその様子を共有します。
こちらがDingさんが料理してくださった品々。本場の麻婆豆腐がいただけましたが、日本の麻婆豆腐を想定して口に入れると辛すぎるため注意が必要でした。
そしてお次はDingさんの出身地や研究に関するプレゼン。青島ビールで有名な青島市近くからいらっしゃいました。現地ではビールをビニール袋に入れ飲むのが一般的だそうです。
一年間の滞在なので是非日本での生活を十分に満喫していただけたらと思います。

Although I often cook at home, I usually only prepare one or two dishes at a time. This was the first time I have ever prepared a formal Shandong-style banquet, similar to hosting guests at home. Although only four dishes were prepared, which was only one-third of the scale of a regular banquet in Shandong, it made me quite flustered in the kitchen. I'm very glad to be able to share Shandong-style cuisine with Professor Yusa and the members of the laboratory. Shandong cuisine is incredibly diverse, and I hope my cooking skills allow me to introduce them to more Shandong dishes in the future.
