In order to say goodbye, we arranged a farewell party for XJTU Members and Mr. Angelo and cooked Imoni which is a traditional food in Tohoku area.
After the heartful comments from our guests, we enjoy Imoni together and reflected on the memory of their stay. We had a meaningful interactions, not only through doing research but also visiting some famous place in this area, cooking many kinds of food, and hosting many parties. Engaging with people who has the different background is not only fun but also an opportunity to gain new perspectives.
We really appreciate that Mr. Fujita started to prepare Imoni from the day before the party to make the party fun and memorable.
I'd like to visit their university to make good relationship next time.
