I went on a business trip to China from September 25th to October 11th. During this business trip, I visited Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA). This is my second business trip to China since ISEM 2019.
I visited XJTU from September 25th to September 29th. I had a meeting with Professor Yong Li and his team. I gave a self-introduction presentation at the regular meeting of Professor Zhenmao Chen's group.
I visited NUAA from September 29 to October 2. I had been chatting with Dr. Ge several times on Slacks, but I finally had the chance to meet him. The meeting was very relaxing, with delicious black tea. On our last day in Nanjing, we had dinner with Professor Dr. Ge's family.
From October 2nd to 11th, I returned to Xi'an again and worked on experiments in Professor Yong Li's laboratory. In between experiments, I was able to experience different aspects of Chinese culture, and I am very grateful to Professor Yong Li and his lab students.
