Program Overview

Competitive rowing has been one of the most popular and traditional sports among the world’s leading universities.
To foster talented minds equipped with knowledge, virtue, and physical strength, POSTECH selected rowing as its official collegiate sport and formed the “POSTECH Rowing Team” in May 2016. Widely regarded as a “gentleman’s sport,” it will help the students develop traits of global leaders: mental and physical strength, leadership qualities, and teamwork skills.

POSTECH would like to invite AEARU students to come join this event and make great friends with each other while learning about rowing and enjoying cultural programs. In addition to watching the rowing festival of world’s top universities, students will go on an excursion and get hands-on experience of Korean culture.

The AEARU Student Physical Competition would be a priceless opportunity for students to build a foundation for long-lasting friendship and share a memorable moment in life.
