Call for Abstracts

All submissions for Multi-Hazards APRU must include a brief abstract (300 words) and a bio (250 words). Please adhere strictly to the formatting provided in the template when preparing your abstract and biography.
Abstracts should be submitted before July 30, 2019.

All proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent out no later than August 16.

Abstract Submission

Call for Posters

Abstracts for posters should be no more 300 words excluding session title, author names, affiliations, and email addresses and 3 – 5 keywords. Please note, the official language of the Symposium is English and all submissions should be in English.
Abstracts should be submitted before July 30, 2019.

All proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Presentations selected will provide a comprehensive and diverse treatment of issues related to the conference topics. Notification of acceptance will be sent out no later than August 16.

All accepted posters will be automatically included in the Multi-Hazard Symposium 2019 Poster exhibition, which starts on Monday, October 28 at 19:00 hrs.
The organizer asks all authors to be present at their posters during the morning of Thursday October 30, for in-depth discussions.

Print size: total height 1.6m, Poster area: 155 cm* 55cm, Resolution of 300 dpi. Other formats will not be supported.

Poster session: You need to mount your poster by no later than Monday October 28, 2019, 7:00 pm on the designated spot.
Poster discussion starts on Thursday October 30, 2019 at 10:00 am. Please be available for discussion at your poster location.
