Center for International Law and Policy (CILP) at Tohoku University is organizing, and Teikyo University Faculty of Law is co-sponsoring an international symposium. The symposium will invite Professor Jan Klabbers of the Helsinki University and other prominent scholars of international law from Japan and abroad to discuss issues concerning international organizations. From the Center, Director Toshiya Ueki (Executive Vice President of Tohoku University) and specially appointed Associate Professor Norihito Samata will speak at the symposium.
