-Tohoku University International Award and International Alumni Association Awards-
To mark the 115th anniversary of its founding and the 100th anniversary of its comprehensive university this year, Tohoku University has launched a promotional package to promote the activities of international alumni associations in order to strengthen ties between the university and its international alumni.
The package includes support for overseas alumni associations’ events, such as the distribution of Tohoku University merchandise and financial support, as well as the establishment of the “Tohoku University International Award and Tohoku University International Alumni Association Award,” which is divided into two categories: individual alumna and alumni association.
