Please kindly note that any submissions after the above deadline may not be accepted due to the tight schedule for reviewing the manuscript by the conference committee. The authors will have an opportunity to update their manuscripts when submitting the camera-ready manuscripts in mid-July.

ICPE2024 Copyright Policy
  • Copyright on an ICPE2024 paper is retained by the author(s) of the paper.
  • No part of the paper may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior permission from the author(s) of the paper.
  • Author(s) grant the ICPE2024 Conference Committee the right to include the paper in the ICPE2024 Conference Proceedings (electronic version stored in a USB drive), which will be distributed to ICPE2024 participants.
  • Any accepted paper to the ICPE2024 Conference Proceedings is treated as a peer-reviewed full-length paper. A Paper Number is to be assigned to each paper for the purpose of citation.
  • To avoid any possible problems with the copyright of publications, the ICPE2024 Conference Proceedings will not be published on-line by the ICPE2024 Conference Committee nor by any third party (will not be indexed in any databases such as SCI, Scopus, and EI).
  • No part of the ICPE2024 Conference Proceedings may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior permission from the ICPE2024 Conference Committee.
  • Some of the full papers will be recommended, based on the quality and field of the paper, for submission to ICPE2024 special issues of journals in the related fields. See Plan for ICPE2024-Journal Special Issues.

Instructions for submission of full-length Manuscript

The author can select to submit a short paper of 2 pages, or a full paper of 4 or 6 pages by using the template files below.

On acceptance of the paper, authors are notified of presentation mode (poster/oral). Accepted papers are to be included into the conference proceedings. An electronic version of conference proceedings will be provided in the conference. For more information, see ICPE2024 Copyright Policy.
The final decision on acceptance of papers is made by the Conference Committee in consideration of the paper quality. The presentation mode of each accepted paper is determined by the Conference Committee in consideration of the expectation of the authors. All accepted papers are regarded to have equivalent quality, whether they are presented in poster sessions or oral sessions.
Some of the papers will be recommended, based on the quality and field of the paper, for submission to ICPE2024 special issues of journals in the related fields. The planned special issues (in journals) are as follows. Please note the names of the special issues are provisional and could possibly change.
  • Advanced Nanomanufacturing and Metrology (in Nanomanufacturing and Metrology)
  • Measurement Science and Technology in Precision Engineering (in Measurement Science and Technology)
  • Precision Engineering for Advanced Automation Technology (in International Journal of Automation Technology)
  • Precision Engineering for Advanced Manufacturing Technology (in The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology)
  • State-of-the-art Technologies in Precision Engineering (in Precision Engineering)
Young Researcher Awards (candidates are the first author and presenter of a paper with age under 35), Best Paper Awards, Best Poster Awards of ICPE2024 will be selected from the full papers.
