On March 25th, 2026, the graduation ceremony was held.
It was a busy day, with a university-wide ceremony in the morning, a degree conferment ceremony at the Faculty of Engineering in the afternoon, and a round of thank-you visits in the evening.
Mr. Abe was awarded for graduating as the second-highest-ranking student in the Energy and Environment course.
He’ll have to keep up in graduate school!
The thank-you visits are a traditional event where students visit their professors in the research labs who have supported them, expressing their gratitude and toasting.
Professor Sato, Nikolas K…the nachos were delicious!
Everyone took lots of pictures and chatted, having a wonderful time.
Now, each of us will spread our wings and go our separate ways.
