2つの講演が企画されていますが、1つはARゴーグルのプロジェクター用PZT MEMSスキャナーについて、もう1つはMEMSセンサーのための直接ウェハ接合についてです。

A special seminar by MinebeaMitsumi will be held at 16:30 on January 10 in MNC seminar room. There are two lectures planned; one is about PZT MEMS scanning mirror for a projector in AR goggles, and the other one is about direct wafer bonding for MEMS sensors. There is little chance to hear MinebeaMitsumi’s technology outside, and I encourage you to attend this seminar.
