On November 27, Associate Professor Ding-Han Wang’s research team from the School of Dentistry at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, along with Professor Guang Hong and Assistant Professor Aobo Ma from the Tohoku University School of Dentistry, visited our laboratory for research exchange.

The teams led by Professor Wang and Professor Hong have engaged in international collaborative research for many years, and their achievements reflect the strong trust built between the two universities.

During this visit, Assistant Professor Ho presented the latest research findings on CO₂ utilization and waste resource circulation, fostering a new dialogue between the fields of dentistry and environmental science.

The exchange provided valuable intellectual stimulation that arises precisely because the disciplines differ, offering numerous moments that broadened the scope of research.

Moving forward, we expect that interdisciplinary collaboration bridging dental medicine and environmental sustainability will continue to advance and create new value for society.
