Decarbonized Energy and Process Systems Engineering (DeEPS)
脱炭素型エネルギー・プロセスシステム工学

In this lab, a highly efficient and clean energy system is developed toward the realization of a sustainable society. Analysis and modeling of micro to macro-scale for each individual energy conversion process and elemental technology are performed, together with the effort to integrate them efficiently. In addition, a mutual correlation (conversion and utilization) between electricity and chemical energy is also studied.

当研究室では、持続可能な社会の実現を目指し、高効率かつクリーンなエネルギーシステムの構築を行う。各個のエネルギー変換プロセス・要素技術内のミクロからマクロスケールまでの現象を解析・モデル化し、それらを統合化・体系化する。また、化学エネルギーだけではなく、電力の高度生産・利用および化学エネルギーとの相互変換・利用についても検討を行う。

Lab concept

DeEPS (AZIZ Lab) envisions a future where decarbonized energy and industrial systems are designed through deep scientific understanding, micro-to-macro levels technological development, rigorous systems integration, and quantitative optimization.

学生の受け入れにあたっては、一般選抜に加え、推薦入学特別選抜、 社会人特別選抜、外国人留学生等特別選抜および早期卒業制度による卒業者を対象とする特別選抜の枠を設けて志願者の専門性に応じた6つの入試群別に入学試験を実施し、 本研究科の教育目標に沿った研究を行う強い意欲と、研究の遂行に必要な専門的知識ならびに優れた資質を有しているかを重視して選抜を行います。
