When I was a kid, my father always told me that Japan has a rich culture. He said, "Japanese people have a strong responsibility with a great integrity". His words inspired me to pursue my education in Japan. Moreover, before I applied for this University, I had been searching for the course that suited my need of doing research. Learning-by-doing is what this course provides. This course allows AMC students to make use of laboratories in the famous research institutes of Tohoku University such as IMRAM and IMR that are normally for graduate students of higher degrees. Before I came to study at Tohoku University, I had studied science at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. However, I had the opportunity to study in Japan and decided to pursue it. This was shortly after the 2011 tsunami, and at that time, there was a lot of worrying about radiation. However, at Tohoku University there were no problems; everything was well organized. One and a half year of my student life in this University has been great as well. Here not only the knowledge from the distinguished professors that we can learn but also a can make a lot of friends from club activity which is covering all kind of interests. Someday, I want to discover new materials or to improve ones that already exist. I believe that my studies at Tohoku are helping me to achieve that goal.
