About the recipe, first the caramel is made from the sugar and then put at the bottom of the baking pan. Then mix the eggs, condensed milk and normal milk together before putting that on top of the previous caramel. At that step, because the baking pan is made of two parts, some of the preparation spread out of it. Hopefully, it needs to be put in another container to cook it in a bain-marie in the oven, so only a part of the preparation went out of the main baking pan !
After one night of rest at the refrigerator, it is ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u6750\u6599\u306f\u52a0\u7cd6\u7df4\u4e73\u3001\u7802\u7cd6\u3001\u725b\u4e73\u3001\u5375\u3060\u3051\u3067\u3059\u3002 With the remaining sweetened condensed milk, that was the occasion to try a new thing : using it in mashed potatoes (instead of normal milk). With 40mL of it, it tasted sweeter than usual, as if the mashed potatoes were made from sweet potatoes.
