Although I often cook at home, I usually only prepare one or two dishes at a time. This was the first time I have ever prepared a formal Shandong-style banquet, similar to hosting guests at home. Although only four dishes were prepared, which was only one-third of the scale of a regular banquet in Shandong, it made me quite flustered in the kitchen. I’m very glad to be able to share Shandong-style cuisine with Professor Yusa and the members of the laboratory. Shandong cuisine is incredibly diverse, and I hope my cooking skills allow me to introduce them to more Shandong dishes in the future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
