This workshop consists of oral and poster sessions. The oral sessions as well as the short oral presentations of the student session will be held in the meeting room at the 2nd floor; the poster session will be on the 1st floor.
Each oral presentation has 15 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for discussions. A laptop with Windows will be prepared. Whereas your own laptop is available, we would like to suggest the presenters to prepare their presentation materials in PPT or PDF, send the file to local organizing committee in advance, and to use the prepared laptop to avoid problems. Please contact Session chairs before your session to confirm your presentation.
Each presenter will use a poster board measuring approximately 1,600 mm in height and 1,100 mm. Please set-up your poster to a board using prepared thumbtacks before the poster session, and remove it within 22/Sep. Since the boards are available from the beginning of the workshop, we would like to suggest the authors of poster presentations to attach their posters after registration so that participants will have sufficient time for understanding the contents of the poster.
Presentations in this session will consist of short (within 3 min.) oral presentations and subsequent poster presentations. The oral presentations are conducted using a laptop the local organizing committee will prepare to streamline the session. Please submit the material for your oral presentation (either in ppt or pdf) by 22/Sep. to Student Events Executive Committee, and confirm that your presentation is displayed correctly before the session. Poster boards measuring approximately 1,600 mm in height and 1,100 mm are prepared for the poster presentations. The best presenters in this session will be awarded in the closing ceremony.
