Method of payment

The registration fee can be paid either by credit card, bank transfer, or in cast at the registration desk (during the workshop). Please note that in order to pay the reduced “Early Bird” registration fee, the payment needs to be done before July 31, 2015 either by credit card or bank transfer.

Major credit cards, such as VISA and Master Card, are acceptable for the on-line payment. A webpage for the payment will be available from 01/July.

Please note that the amount that is payable to the beneficiary must be for the full registration fee. Any bank charges that are needed for the transfer must be paid by the participant.

Cash

Registration fee payment in cash (only JPY) is possible at the registration desk during the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of registration fee payment must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Payments will be refunded subjected to a deduction of 50% to cover administrative charges in case of cancellation request come in on or before August 30, 2015. No fees will be returned for cancellation requests received after that date.
