高齢化社会において健康長寿を支える医療技術は益々重要となっている。加齢に伴って少しずつ変化する体内の機能を、 どのように捉え、評価し、サポートできるのか。元気に長生きするための、人と医療者に優しい診断治療技術の発展に貢献したいと考えている。
2009年千葉大学工学部メディカルシステム工学科卒業。2011年同大学院工学研究科人工システム科学専攻メディカルシステムコース博士前期課程修了 （学長表彰および工学研究科長賞受賞）。2014年同博士後期課程修了。博士（工学）。 千葉大学、香港大学、ウォータールー大学（カナダ）にて、博士研究員として医工学・内視鏡画像処理・CFD・医用超音波イメージングの研究に従事。
2020年１月より東北大学学際科学フロンティア研究所助教(テニュアトラック)。
2025年1月より東北大学医工学研究科助教、同工学部兼務。

Medical innovations that help healthy aging have been in high demand globally. As a researcher in biomedical engineering, I would like to answer the questions “How can we effectively detect, assess and treat deterioration of physical and physiological functions due to aging?” and contribute to the creation of novel diagnostic and therapeutic technologies that will aid full of life for everyone.
