As part of the JST Sakura Science Program, students from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa visited our laboratory.

For three days from Monday, March 3, 2025, we accepted seven students from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa as trainees under the Sakura Science Program, an international youth science exchange program run by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST).
On Tuesday, March 4th, in conjunction with this program, Mr Ghaleeb Jeppie, Minister-Counsel for Science, Innovation and Education at the South African Embassy in Japan, visited our laboratory.
