Background<\/h5>\n

In this age of global competition, Tohoku University (TU) will take an active role in leading the way as a new type of university in the post-corona virus era, in which there will be unprecedented innovation on a global scale in education, research, social co-creation, and general business operations conducted through online means.<\/p>\n

To this end, TU actively supports and organizes international symposia, seminars, and workshops online. Collectively named the Tohoku University Global Webinar Series (TUGW Series), they will strengthen the world-wide dissemination of the University’s research results and various other initiatives.<\/p>\n
