5G\uff0828 GHz\uff09\u304c\u5b9f\u7528\u5316\u3055\u308c\u3001\u901a\u4fe1\u7db2\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u308b\u5468\u6ce2\u6570\u306e\u9ad8\u5468\u6ce2\u5316\u304c\u9032\u3093\u3067\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u9ad8\u5468\u6ce2\u3067\u4f7f\u308f\u308c\u308b\u30c7\u30d0\u30a4\u30b9\u3068\u3057\u3066\u30ce\u30a4\u30ba\u6291\u5236\u30b7\u30fc\u30c8\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u307e\u305f\u3001\u78c1\u6027\u8584\u819c\u306f\u30cf\u30fc\u30c9\u30c7\u30a3\u30b9\u30af\u3001\u78c1\u6c17\u30bb\u30f3\u30b5\u3001MRAM\u7b49\u3001\u69d8\u3005\u306a\u78c1\u6c17\u30c7\u30d0\u30a4\u30b9\u306b\u4f7f\u308f\u308c\u3066\u304a\u308a\u3001\u96fb\u5b50\u30c7\u30d0\u30a4\u30b9\u306e\u9ad8\u901f\u5316\u306b\u3068\u3082\u306a\u3044\u3001\u9ad8\u5468\u6ce2\u3001\u9ad8\u611f\u5ea6\u3001\u975e\u7834\u58ca\u3067\u306e\u30a4\u30f3\u30e9\u30a4\u30f3\u8a55\u4fa1\u304c\u6c42\u3081\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u85ae\u4e0a\u6851\u6ce2\u7530\u7814\u7a76\u5ba4\u3067\u306f\u30de\u30a4\u30af\u30ed\u30b9\u30c8\u30ea\u30c3\u30d7\u578b\u30d7\u30ed\u30fc\u30d6\u3092\u958b\u767a\u3057\u3001\u30d7\u30ed\u30fc\u30d6\u3092\u30a6\u30a8\u30cf\u7b49\u306b\u8fd1\u63a5\u914d\u7f6e\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u5e2f\u57df 67 GHz\u306e\u8d85\u5e83\u5e2f\u57df\u8a08\u6e2c\u30013 nm\u539a\u307e\u3067\u306e\u6975\u8584\u819c\u8a55\u4fa1\u3001\u30b5\u30f3\u30d7\u30eb\u30b5\u30a4\u30ba\u306b\u4f9d\u5b58\u3057\u306a\u3044\u900f\u78c1\u7387\u8a55\u4fa1\u3092\u5b9f\u73fe\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br>\u307e\u305f\u3001\u540c\u30d7\u30ed\u30fc\u30d6\u3092\u7528\u3044\u3066\u900f\u78c1\u7387\u3068\u8a98\u96fb\u7387\u306e\u540c\u6642\u8a08\u6e2c\u306b\u3082\u6210\u529f\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br>67 GHz\u307e\u3067\u3068\u3044\u3046\u5e83\u5e2f\u57df\u3067\u306e\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3092\u53ef\u80fd\u306b\u3057\u305f\u306e\u306f\u4e16\u754c\u521d\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\"
