Prof. Yin and his students from China University of Petroleum (East China) visited Tohoku University and our laboratory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the host, we organized an academic meeting to promote the bilateral exchange. Prof. Yusa and Prof. Yin introduced the general information about the two universities and compared the difference between the education systems of graduate school. In addition, they briefly introduced the research topics of both groups, which helped the students to understand the current research status of each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The members belonging to two groups were seriously listening to the presentation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two professors were discussing over a problem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The students also presented their researches more specifically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to let the students from UPC experience the Japanese food and culture as well as to shape good relationships among students, we arranged a drinking party in Bonton restaurant (always). We spent a good time together and the party ended with a Japanese way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the next day, Mr. Katagiri guided the students from UPC around Sendai and Katahira Campus. Finally, a group photo with the Chinese famous writer Luxun was taken in memory of this visit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
