Last Saturday was my fourth weekend in Sendai, and it was a beautiful day. It happened to coincide with the largest Gyoza festival in Tohoku, Japan. During the festival, one can enjoy different kinds of Gyoza from all over Japan. This should be very interesting and a great way to experience different food cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n

On the morning of 23rd June, I walked with Yu san to Kotodai Park, where the festival was held. This festival was a real bustling, with long queues at basically every shop. The sheds and steps next to the shops are also crowed with people enjoying Gyoza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yu san and I both wanted to taste the Gyoza from Ibaraki shop, so we bought one crab meat and one chive Gyoza. After finished eating, we got 2 more chive and chicken wing Gyoza from other shop. I have to say, the chicken wing Gyoza are so creative, and I haven\u2019t seen it before, but it tasted a little fishy from the chicken, which I didn\u2019t really like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At last, we agreed that the crab Gyoza was the best. This Gyoza festival is pretty fun, and it was also my first time attending. Enjoyed\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
